INTRODUCTION

Data Revive Laboratory is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users by taking all possible measures to protect their personally identifiable information. This privacy statement outlines these measures and discloses the privacy practices of Data Revive Laboratory.

SECURITY

This website takes every precaution to protect our user information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected online and offline.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Data Revive Laboratory is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Data Revive Laboratory will not release any personably identifying information unless you specifically authorize us to do so or unless required by the appropriate law enforcement officials.

REGISTRATION

If registration is offered on our website, now or at some stage, in order to use our online services, a user must first complete the sign-up form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Demographic information collected is used for our internal market analysis purposes.

COOKIES

A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.

Our site uses two type of cookies, "PHPSESSID" and "session", for the purposes set out below.

The "PHPSESSID" cookie is required so that the website can recognise the same user clicking from page to page. Without it, every page would be treated as the first visit to the site, and anything added to the shopping basket would be instantly forgotten. Online shopping would, therefore, be impossible. These cookies expire at the end of your browsing session.

The "session" cookie is intended for the user's convenience. Our website creates these cookies with a copy of the initial session ID so that the user can be classed as "returning" and the contents of their shopping basket will still be available when the user returns to the website. If the user signs in with an email address and password, these login details are also saved so that the user can remain logged in when returning (the password is encrypted). If the user signs out, the login details are removed from the cookie. This cookie expires after 1 year.

In addition, we use Google Analytics to analyse the use of this website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers. The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website. Google will store this information. Google's privacy policy is available at www.google.com/privacypolicy.html.

Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies. (For example, in Internet Explorer you can refuse all cookies by clicking “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Privacy”, and selecting “Block all cookies” using the sliding selector.). Also, if you don't accept the cookies of this site by clicking "I Accept" on the alert message, all cookies will be stay blocked. This will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites, including this one.

LOG FILES

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

SHARING DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

We send all new Members a welcoming email to verify password and email address. Established Members may occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter via email or letter mail as part of our customer communications. In addition, we may also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members who do not wish to receive any customer communication can inform us and they will be excluded from any future communication.

CORRECTION/UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as address information), it may be updated at the Member section page or by emailing our Customer Support Team.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
